Performance feature
● High resistivity:
at 20℃, the resistivity is about 1.25±0.08μΩ · m, and larger alloy materials can be used in the design of heating elements, which is conducive to extending the service life of components.
● Low resistance temperature coefficient:
The resistance changes relatively little with the temperature, and can maintain relatively stable resistance performance under different temperature environments, so as to ensure that the heating power of the heating element is relatively stable.
● High temperature resistance:
The maximum operating temperature can reach 950℃, with good high temperature stability.
● Good oxidation resistance:
Under high temperature, a dense Al₂O₃ oxide film can be formed on its surface, which has a dense structure, good adhesion to the matrix, and is not easy to fall off, and has excellent oxidation resistance to effectively prevent further oxidation corrosion of the alloy.
● Good sulfur resistance:
good corrosion resistance to sulfur-containing atmosphere and surface contaminated by sulfur-containing substances.
Application field
● Brake resistance:
mainly used in electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, subway vehicles and high-speed train braking system brake resistance.
● Heating elements:
such as heating elements for kitchen appliances such as ceramic stoves, and heating wires in high temperature heating equipment such as industrial furnaces.
