Ni95Al5 is a kind of nickel aluminum electrothermal alloy welding wire. Ni95Al5 nickel aluminum alloy round wire is a high-performance material designed for high-temperature applications. With excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability, it is widely used in heating elements, thermocouples, and industrial heating systems, ensuring reliable performance in extreme environments.

Status and specification
Application
● 1:
Ni95Al5 welding wire and nickel aluminum alloy wire are mainly used in vacuum coating and arc spraying process.
● 2:
As the base material of the arc spraying process, the nickel-aluminum coating is dense, and has the properties of high temperature oxidation resistance, heat shock resistance and abrasion resistance, and the binding strength is above 55MPa.
● 3:
The coating can also be used directly as a working layer for internal combustion engine crankshaft, engine spindle, machine guide rail, cylinder block, plunger, printing roller, blast furnace tuyere, babbitt bearing shell and other spray repair parts combined with the underlying material.
Thermal spray technology
Thermal spraying is a surface strengthening technology that uses a heat source (such as an electric arc) to heat a powdered or filament-like metal or non-metallic material to a molten or semi-molten state, and then squirts it onto the surface of a pretreated substrate to form a surface coating with various functions.
Ni95Al5 welding wire and nickel-aluminum alloy wire are one of the commonly used materials in this technology.
Coating preparation and precautions
TWhen preparing the coating, it is necessary to control the thickness of the coating, which is usually recommended between 0.05 and 0.15mm.
Too thin a coating may not be able to withstand the shrinkage stress of the working coating, while too thick a coating may be economically wasteful.
When the matrix cannot be coarsened, the method of low pressure and short distance can be used to spray to obtain a good binding bottom layer.
